Who We Are
Transition Network Facilitator Region 8 covers Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Baker, Malheur, Wallowa, Baker, Grant and Harney Counties. TNF Region 8 includes Lon Thornburg, Transition Network Facilitator, and Donna Lowry, TNF/Pre ETS Support Specialist.

What We Do
The TNF provides technical assistance to schools for transition subject matter and provides resources, trainings, community agency resource networking for events/fairs, supporting state-wide funding and grant opportunities for local districts and collaborates with county partner agencies to assist in Employment First teams.
