Transition Network Facilitator

Lon Thornburg is our Transition Network Facilitator for Eastern Oregon Region 8. This includes Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Baker, Malheur, Grant, Wallowa and Harney Counties. Lon has been with IMESD for 18 years and has served as an instructional technology coach, assistive technology and TBI specialist, and most recently as the TNF for Region 8.

Donna Lowry is our TNF/Pre ETS Support Specialist. She has been with IMESD for 3 years and previously worked as a YTP coordinator for Baker SD and was an independent job developer and job coach. Donna actively provides direct supports to students in Eastern Oregon that request Pre-Employment Transition Services.
